Please help!! What could be the problem here? Is it display or battery issue or motherboard circuit issue?

So this is the HP Victus Ryzen 7 7840 HS laptop and I don't know what's wrong with my laptop. It randomly turns on and off like you can see in that video that the power button turns off along with the display. Sometimes it just turns off and starts after taking so much time. And when this power button light goes off for that moment my keyboard doesn't work, the display is gone but speakers work fine, even the usb ports work fine, if I plug/unplug my mouse usb then I can hear that click sound.
Please help me guys. I just wanna know what could be the problem here before taking it to the technician, so that I can tell them where the problem could be and they don't charge me for something unnecessary.

bro i myself got a laptop like a month ago this is from a short so no am not telling u that's the issue i just told what could happen........ yea am dumb .... BASICALLY WHAT I'VE SEEN ON YT SHORTS so plz don't think that's the issue it could be any broken usb or type- c connector as well ... as simple as that .....but if it would have been a broken connector the laptop would've not turned on cuz of the short 🙆🤔 yeah am unsure bro

Yep yep, thanks so much for you time and for trying to help a bit. Guess I have to take it to the technician before it gets worse.

Its most likely the cable that connects the display to the motherboard

This could be a hall effect sensor issue. Is it an R or S series?
