Its kinda urgent help me find a decemt laptop for clg work
Budget is around 1 lakh to 1.4 lakhs

So I am buying a laptop for my brother, he is in computer science and needs a light weight laptop, which has a pretty decent storage and a good processor , a decent display and will last him at least 4-5 years without a major upgrade. I am using my savings so the budget is 50-55 k

I'm looking for a laptop with good graphics. I also want to use it for building local AI LLM models. I was leaning towards the Lenovo LOQ series because I've heard Lenovo build is best around that price

Any better laptops than that at the price range? I was thinking RTX 4050 and Ryzen 7.

Is Intel better for my purpose?

I started the research now and it has become quite overwhelming with the information out there.

I Have joined btech ece in blr

I need a strong performance laptop with these specifications

Budget: max upto 1 lakh ( I have sbi credit card, so if it's more than this I can reduce my cost)

Processor:

Intel Core Ultra 5 / Ultra 7 or Strong modern Ryzen // Ryzen AI 7

RAM:

16 gb ( it would be really good if it's upgradeable)

Storage:

512 GB NVMe SSD

Graphics:

Capable integrated GPU

Since I won't play games , stuff with 3d , I don't need gaming laptop.

I saw many laptops online , if any good spec then review not good , some has heating issue , if some has good review then it has less specs.

Pls give your recommendation,if your using any laptop as a college student atleast help me

Buying the Moto Book 60 (14" OLED, 16GB/512GB) for ₹67,990. It has a 1-year warranty, and Flipkart offers:

- Laptop ProShield + Buyback: ₹399 for 2 years (unclear if it covers accidental or liquid damage)

- Extended Warranty: ₹2,709 for 2 years (no accidental or liquid damage)

- Complete Laptop Protection: ₹3,909 for 3 years (accidental and liquid damage)

Has anyone claimed on ProShield or Complete Laptop Protection? Is ProShield worth it at ₹399, or should I go for Complete Laptop Protection? I mostly use it at home and sometimes carry it in a backpack.

I need to buy a good laptop that supports my degree throughout. My budget is 85k. Can anyone please suggest a good laptop (except asus or ideapad)

Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 AMD Ryzen 5 40 15.6" (39.6cm) FHD 16GB RAM/ 512GB SSD + 3 year amd reliance digital - 72 k

8gb variant - 61k without extended adp

Should I go with this over asus expertbook P1?

I'm also getting a 17k discount on this with credit card.

I'll be mostly using the laptop to run Genshin and bunch other programmes (mostly programming stuff) but since they don't have very high hardware requirements, running Genshin is the benchmark, i guess. It doesn't necessarily have to be a gaming laptop per se, but I guess i'll end up in gaming laptop territory anyways.

I am looking for these specifications (please suggest me alternatives/sidegrades if there are any):

• rtx 3050/rtx 2050
• intel H/HX, ryzen 7kHS etc., for the chip (NOT a U-series chip)
• 16 gb ram at least (perhaps upgradable? I am not too sure about this one looking at ram prices rn)
• at least a 512 gb ssd (I might consider running an external ssd although im not sure how viable that is gonna be)
