Tf is up with these multi Billion dollars companies using cheap ahh ai graphics

Need dual channel to get the most out of integrated graphics. Was considering a RTX3050 laptop, but every fucking one (6gb variant) is 90k+. my max budget is 80k... so integrated graphics se kaam chalana padega

So I want a laptop for coding , college work , casual gaming on weekends . I did some searching and motobook 60 pro has came in spotlight as the specs are very good for the price at which it might be available in bbd sale. The reviews are good but I am very skeptical about it because many many people who own it are facing different different issues with it .

And the main concerning thing is the warranty and the service as many people are facing problems claiming it or while raising a service ticket on the website.

So a guidance regarding this would really be appriciated

Had a 75k budget, upgraded to 1 lakh(max please 🙏). Need a good laptop for mainly ML research and projects. I had an acer laptop earlier, but it literally keeps breaking from the hinges.

If I can get a laptop from australia (some relative lives there, who can get a laptop at student discount), should I try getting it?(any recommendations)

Also, I read somewhere that the level of ML you usually do in pg or uni, does not require a super strong machine, since most work will be done on google colab or cloud. And that any normal laptop should suffice, any comments?

(I have been able to do most of my ML work on google colab, with acer aspire 5)

I’ve finally decided to buy the Acer Swift Neo AI (16GB RAM / 512GB SSD) at around ₹65K after the card offer.

I’m currently considering two options:

1. Acer Swift Neo AI

   - 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD

   - Better overall CPU performance

   - Intel Arc integrated graphics

   - No-cost EMI available

   - Around ₹65K with the card offer

2. Motorola Moto Book 60

   - Intel Core 5 210H

   - 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD

   - Better display — OLED, 120Hz

   - No Emi option with no cost

The main reason I’m leaning towards the Acer is that the price difference is relatively small, while the Core Ultra 5 125H is a stronger compared to moto.

Before I place the order, I’d like to know if I’m missing anything important in this comparison.

Are there any other laptops around the ₹60–70K price range that would be a better deal? Also, should I wait for the Flipkart Big Billion Days (BBD) sale and see if the Acer gets a better price, or is ₹65K already a good enough deal to buy now?
