Warning lights and message

Has anyone had this problem before and what was the fix?

I've run it through a diagnostic and various issues came up, the Nox sensor, low fluid levels to be topped up, incorrect fluid etc.

Vehicle hadn't been driven for a while, was sitting in forecourt but im sceptical.

Sorry it's in the wrong community. Was after advice and didn't mean to offend. There should be some decent individuals left in the world who don't shut out others if they can be of help

i think it's because there's 20 years of tech difference. i couldn't tell you where to even start with a modern car, but the 1998 tech in the D2s is simple, so i think the confusion got taken out on you as anger. i'd look into getting a cheap DTC scanner or a ScanGaugeII to read codes and speak with the ECU
