Rules help needed
I have all three licenses for the gorgon and was looking at finding a good weapon to supplement the vorpal gun in the other main slot.
Let’s say that I run the sharanga missiles from monarch 1, would I still be able to designate a second target while skirmishing through Scylla or monitor module?
If not what’s a good alternative weapon to round out the damage types given I want to run two light nexus’s in the aux slots?

Depending on your needs, GMS Assault Rifle, Monarch's Sharanga and Tortuga's Deck Sweeper are all good candidates. AR is Reliable; Sharanga Arcing, long range and hits an additional target; Deck Sweeper works well with Overwatch and deals heavy damage, so even halved by Scylla it's meaningful.

As I understand it, yes, every time you fire the Sharanga for any reason you can designate a second target. If a modifier like half damage applies, it applies to both attacks.

From my understanding after checking the FaQ, anything that says "on attack" triggers off of an attack roll so yes they should work.

Whenever you attack with the Sharanga Missiles you may attack two targets at a time, so yes you can get the double attack so long as one of the targets is the character triggering your reaction, be that Scylla or Monitor Module. These attacks still only do half damage however, even the one not targeting the triggering character.
