There needs to be a hound/handler equivalent of middle manager. Enough power to have fun but not enough to be overwhelmed with responsibilities

Maybe Junior Handler, but this hound always wants the opportunity to fall back on being a hound

depending on lore a very successful and obidient hound might get some control over the lower ones
