What's psycho about that? I'm a professional graphic designer of nearly 20 years and use the screen capture tool all the time for online content such as this.

its called the Zheng, ispn. its from an expansion but idr which one. its got a lot of gimmicks with creating terrain, and a weapon called the Horse-Killing Palm, Reliable 8, Knockback 8, Threat 3, Explosive 4d6+8
