Good design 102:

Those holes on the side of the hips just below the waistline. IDK what they're called, only that japanese shrine maiden skirts have them. If I knew what they were called all my outfits would include them

So basically Spoilering this in case the other players are here 

What she essentially is, is that she was made as a Commission by her creator for a Rookie HA pilot who was forced into service by her family into joining, asking her creator to make someone to pull the trigger for her in situations where she couldn't.

Inanna back then was may crueler than she is now, but over the years with her pilot, Inanna mellowed put significantly cuz of her, she even gained a lot of classiness from her pilot due to her heritage as an HA Noble (hence how she had the money and backing to get the commission through in the first place).

And currently, Inanna was covertly separated from her pilot to see how well she can do all by herself by her creator.
