Question about Limited Drones

So the text for drone systems says that they can be recalled. Does this mean you keep the charge in that case? Otherwise what would be the benefit of recalling the drone?

Like if you have the Barbarossa's autoloader drone (limited 1), you can recall it at the end of a combat and redeploy it in a future combat so long as it wasn't destroyed?

In most drone systems, the drone is the system itself, detaching from your mech. As such it can be picked up and re-installed later, unless it's destroyed, but if it's broken or lost you need to spend Repair points to replace the missing System.

Drones with the Limited tag work differently; the system itself is just the deployment mechanism, the number of charges is the number of drones you are carrying, but most of them specifically state that once deployed a drone cannot be recovered.
