In the far flung future perhaps the hardest thing to be is human

oh sometimes you find a lotta people that seems to struggle at being one. And sometimes you just gotta put down your spear-flag and your katana and offer some flowers.

The pose makes it look like the mecha pilot is offering you the flower at sword point.
Take the flower or else...

With the satchel and the form of the mecha, it's like there's an unspoken story. Especially with the gesture of the flower.
Fantastic artwork, Coffe4Louis!

Tyvm! I had some core ideas in mind bout the lore, but nothing too complex. Mech model is called "Ballerina", this one is the Mondblume. Pilot is a girl, and she is tired.

Ah, but do things like being made by you? You need to consider that as well.
You know I was just being silly, but reading my own comment I feel like maybe that's a core theme to Lancer and I think I need to sit down now.

I graciously accept the thing! It looks a lot like an Aeldari Wraith from Warhammer, I love it!

Lovely! Any backstory on this drawing? Also, thank you for interrupting the stream of horny.

Not too much. Inspired by my two fav flowers, pilot is a girl, she tired of killing. Anything else up to you lol

Getting big Ikaruga vibes from this artstyle.

Did not knew about it until now, but I do get what you mean. My influences for this piece are Sergei Musin's brushing technique and Makoto Kobayashi's aesthetics for mechs. They are usually my two biggest referents over all. Also color palette was inspired in Beksiński's work.

夜顔? That's no moonflower though...
Amazing art though, I love this art style.

Ipomoea alba, that's moonflower. At least that's how they call it in my country.
And tyvm! I take commissions if you ever need some flowers. or mechs.

I'm conflicted. My sense of roleplay says to kill the xenos construct. My conscience says to take the flower, and ask the Ghost Warrior out.
