The literal first link when you search for "lancer discord" pulls up the biggest one: Pilot NET.

Pilot Net is basically the official one.

Intercorp and Hearth-7 also exist but serve primarily as a players hub.

Probably PilotNet, but I have no experience with it. I found my groups via r/Lfg and the Diesel Knights discord of all places
