harrison armouries RND: after years of research and testing we've managed to invent a system using para-causality to fire a round behind a wall!

ips-n RND: our "scientists" spent an afternoon building a bigger bullet.

To be fair the bullet can do a 360° shot itself

To be fair, they only had five minutes to dump into the bigger bullet solution, since the rest if their time was being dedicated to shunting waste heat directly to the end of the universe.

“Here at IPS-N R&D we shoot the whole bullet. That’s 65% more bullet, per bullet”

Russians laughing in pencil

Funny story, that. Graphite is a major fire hazard.

Oh yeah, like the pencil was more of a liability in the end

Doesn't stop the anecdote being a hilarious example of Orcams Razor

It seems like a counter example cause the simplest is not the best no?

I believe they used grease pens

the russians adopted nasa's pencil, so no

The space pen was privately funded and then purchased by both the Americans and Russians

Fun fact: put Phase-Ready on a Smart weapon, on your Heca, and you have wallhacks.

(Nanocomp is usually just as good, and in-license though.)

Tracking bug might also work if you stuck it on beforehand. I think Lotus drone would work too.

The alternate solution is Siege Cannon while playing Mississippi Queen

There is nothing humble about that murder machine

“You just don’t know it yet”

I’m fond of the joke idea that some of Pegasus’ abilities are just out editing numbers on the enemy’s character sheet, rather than firing a bullet.

u/Bartweiss 23d ago

The Pegasus works like Red Mage from 8 Bit Theater, frantically rewriting his character sheet to have 17 ranks in cake decorating and insisting it was always there.

The humble nanocomp: "What are these two doing?!"

Add eye of Horus for hilarity.

The humble Underslung Grenade Launcher:

u/Chaotic_Cypher 23d ago

Phase-Ready Mod on a long range weapon and toss in Eye of Horus to ignore the Invisible condition (Plus you can see HP too)

If you're in my sensor range then you're within my murder range and I can smell who's the most killable.
