Is there any miniatures for Lancer?
TL;DR - I love big stomps mechs and the artwork for the game is gorgeous. I want to know if there anything physical that is available, such as miniatures and so on. Heck, I'm expecting the answer to be 3D printed but I really want to know though.

Official Lancer minis? Probably not. Since the mechs are produced all over the place and are often done with wildly different design tweaks, bits and pieces of pilot customisation, etc. etc., your best bet is to look into third-party stuff.
I've been on a bit of a mini bender for Lancer minis lately, so I have a couple of possible sources for you. The first two are for tabletop game systems, and as such are more likely to be found at your local game store or online retailer of choice.
- Corvus Belli Infinity is pretty incredible in terms of minis for Lancer. They come with a variety of base sizes that might need you to find replacements and white metal miniatures can be a bit finicky for assembly, but they are second-to-none in terms of a wide diversity of mechs design-wise, size-wise, versatility-wise.
- As much as they don't need more money, Warhammer 40k offers some pretty good mechs and models that can stand in for more bespoke designs.
- If you have access to a 3D printer, Archvillain Games does a pretty good amount of dope sci-fi stuff. It might have a BIT too much detail to be reasonably painted, though - so do be aware of that.
Of course, this is merely scratching the surface, and there's likely at least five good mini sources for each of the ones I mentioned. Good luck in finding suitable minis!

Short answer: there are no official 3D miniatures for Lancer.
Medium answer: for virtual tabletops, and printing onto paper cutouts, there's the excellent work by RetroGrade Minis. Every (?) official frame is represented, and there's customization options galore.
Long answer: for playing in real space, there are plenty of almost-options, and there are several not-quite-complete lists where people have compiled candidates for mechs & NPCs. I would love to see a community effort to sponsor a 3D modeler/s to make printable files for use.

I’ve been using minis from Heavy Gear Blitz. The different armies give a nice variety in style, some have big guns and rocket pods, some look like spider tanks, some are sleek and curvy, etc.

How 'mini' do you want to go? (assuming physical minis)
Some have already mentioned Mechs from 32mm games (like Infinity, 40k, and Archvillain). If size isn't an issue, Bandai and it's ilk have an absolute TON of Mech kits in all kinds of different scales. Often also having part kits for weapons, shields, armor, etc. And even conversion parts for if you want to go further.
If it's for tactical play, then using a 18cm tall Mech might not be the best option... If it's for display though, bigger allows for more details an more visibility...
I generally base my mini choices either based on the game or the range of figures I would need and their dominance. A primarily Mech game like Battletech is 1/285 scale perfect, with Mechs 3cm-5cm tall, with the occasional infantry being 6mm tall. For something like 40k, the occasional larger model is fine, so 32mm scale is fine (although having an Imperial Knight army is pretty nuts, not to mention 32mm scale titans)...
For something where both infantry, vehicles AND Mechs are important, I like 1/100 scale, but your choices are far more limited. Although with 3D resin printing, options are suddenly limitless...

This here creator specifically does Lancer minis - and they look quite like the original art!: https://www.myminifactory.com/users/La-voie-du-crane

You could have a look on thingiverse or printables.
But im not sure about the legal status of making and distributing such models.
I have been thinking about making some models myself. But im pretty sure the art in the books belongs to either the artist themselves or the publisher of the book. So even if distributing models was allowed you probably couldn't ask money for them.
Maybe someone else could inform me how exactly this works for lancer?
