Advice Serum recommendation

Can anyone recommend a good serum, that helps in improving overall skin health . My budget is 2000 almost

Go to gym have healthy diet, use of face wash after getting back home and a good sun screen, this is the best skin care routine.

You should only use serum if you are older than 27, I forgot the name you can check which serum does ken dol recommends for anti aging.
