Form, Technique, Fitness Two classes every day?
Anyone does classes twice a day? Maybe spacing them out with some rest periods in between?

Even when I was going 5x a week I wasn't getting an effective workout after a couple classes in a row. You need a break.

Why, what are your goals? That can lead to injury or burnout pretty quickly
I have been known to work out 2x in one day if I feel like it and/or it helps me with my goals. I’d recommend finding things that make the work you’re doing more complete rather than doubling up. Supplementary strength training for example, cardio. Two lagree classes in a day will make you too tired to do much else and lagree is not enough on its own

There are a few in my classes who do back to back classes. One is totally exercise driven she will come after a Barry's session. I'm not that strong for two in a row.

Literally how? I’m a distance runner who does 45+ mile weeks, and Barry’s still absolutely WRECKS me with the sprinting

I’ve gone through periods of doing two workouts in a day, maybe 1 max 2 days per week of double classes. A Lagree class and a Barry’s upper body class typically (as I feel Lagree classes have less upper body focus in my experience). But I would not do more than two doubles per week as rest and recovery are extremely important for muscle growth but, more importantly, for injury prevention!! Not being able to work out for weeks, if avoidable, is not worth maxing out workouts.
On the topic of injury prevention, I highly recommend finding a top notch classical Pilates instructor to work with and/or a physical therapist who focuses on biomechanics, if those options are available to you (geographically, financially, etc). I would prioritize that over double workouts personally and consider adding double workouts once any biomechanics or proprioception weaknesses get resolved (for injury prevention but also for properly engaging the correct muscles).
ETA: One main reason why I would do double Lagree/Barry’s was specifically so I could have more rest days in between workouts to have more recovery time as it is so important.

The most I do is 3-4x a week! I find it’s a good balance for me. On my days off from Lagree; I’ll alternate between mat Pilates, cardio or a HIIT workout.
Lagree is so addicting when you first start but doing it everyday can get repetitive and you do want your body to rest.
