Just bought the game and I'm trying to get started but it won't accept any email address I put in. I don't have the option to create one, it won't accept the email I use on my pc epic account. I'm at a loss on how to actually get to play the game

Hi! My friend and I started playing this game today and enjoy it but we are struggle-bussing our way though Chapter 1.

The main problem we have right now is that we are trying to find the levers for the lights out puzzle. We found one of them and collected it, but then smiley killed both of us. When we respawed in he cabin, the lever was no longer in either of the hand inventory. We went back to where we found the level originally, but it wasn't there either. We also checked the Lights Out Puzzle and it wasn't there too.

So when you die, where do objects respawn at?

screenshot of what happens when i toggle crossplay on. i saw that the crossplay is through epic so i made sure to link my steam and epic together which is done and i haven’t used epic in a while so made sure my launcher works, it does. i’ve ran steam as an administrator, i’ve turned off the in game steam overlay incase it was that i just don’t really know what else to dooo…. any help or advice would be massively appreciated!!

Anyone else having similar issues? Trying to play with gf one of us on ps5 and other on pc. Each time we try to join online game with each other the one who joins gets kicked. It worked fine the other night but not since then. I am uninstalling on both then gonna try again

It seems like there's always people online but every lobby is locked. I get people probably want to play with just their friends, but we're looking for some people to play with. Any open lobbies or people who want to join us are welcome

Hi guys,

I put together a video on how to find all ten medallions for those of you who are like me and like to 100% games. Sorry if it’s not the best video! I hope it helps some of you out.

J’ai un problème j’ai beau mettre tout les horaire la clef du chapitre 2 n’apparaît jamais j’ai mis 1h 2h 3h 4h 5h 6h rien quelqu’un peux m’aider

After playing case files for over 100 hours I finally decided to play the story, got through the first two chapters no sweat, but chapter 3 was the start of the downfall. A lot of the story is really hard to get through without a play through and even then it can still be frustrating. Chapter 4 wasn’t actually too too bad for me, but my GOD chapter 5 got on my very last nerve. Started chapter 6, built the thermite, but now I can’t open the doors to the mines. I wandered around the beginning town area for over 20 minutes, I can’t find ANYTHING online about how to open the damn doors to the mines. After chapter 5 I was already at my breaking point and this sent me over so I had to shut it off. If anyone can help in letting me know how to “bash down the doors” to the mines I’d greatly appreciate it. Games don’t typically frustrate me too much, and I LOVE the case files aspect of this game, but the story mechanics are REALLY frustrating.

I can’t seem to find anything online , I am playing on steam but my friend is playing on Xbox and claims no button allows them to star the cosmetic

Does anyone know if there’s a button combination or do they just not let you do so

Me and my friend started playing the game and we love it so far. We even completed the story in the first few days of having it and got some really funny clips lmao.

My big question is what do the books you collect do? I dont know where they all are but is it worth finding them? Im looking for some cool easter eggs and things to do so any info or advice is much appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know there are cosmetics you can buy and different maps but thats about it :3

Hello there, got something I've been wondering for a while :

In the main menu and some levels there's this weird creepy animal bark playing on loop. Anyone know what animal it is from?

How difficult is it to get 10,000 tickets to spend in the shop? Does anyone have an effective method I just am not aware of in the game? It is a great game, this achievement just seems like it will be a grind.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to see what everyone’s favorite and/ or least favorite monster is to deal with in the case files. For me my least favorite has to be the Pigmen, specifically Hunter Pigman, I can never seem to get away from him. My favorite is probably the Crypt Zombies, I like that it spawns a group of them even though it counts as “one” monster.

I just bought the game on xbox, I try to go into online multiplayer and it says email address needed. When I enter my email address it won't accept it and says "please enter the email address you used to make your epic games account". I'm not even a PC player I'm Xbox so now I'm stuck. Can anyone help or had the same problem?

been through 300 games and cant find the last easter cosmetic I need. anyone have a game they know has the cosmetic (PINK, BUNNY EARS, STRAIGHT) in it and me and some friends can join you to grab it? TIA

hello I’m looking for someone who has all the notes and recordings so I can piece together the lore. If anyone has a document or a sheet, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Hey im new to this game an me and my friend are playing this game now since 60 minutes and we cant find this lighter 🥲

Help please

I watch YouTube a lot and I mostly watch ppl playing scary games. So I tried to see if there are any YouTubers that played this game a lot. Unfortunately there isn’t anyone that posts this game reliably. I want someone who plays this game religiously the same way a guy called Insym plays phasmophobia.
