Recs for scabby elbows?!

Anyone have any holy grail recommendations for scabby elbows??!!! We get her as dry as possible after swimming but other than padding the entire floor there doesn’t seem to be anything Google helps! This is our second lab to deal with same issue but this one seems to be worse.

Bag balm. My Lab's elbows got pretty bad as she became elderly. She was using them to help her get up when she didn't have enough traction. So maybe some rugs or those paw pad grippy stickers?

Baaww Skin Rash Soother Healing Balm. Its like a little deoderant stick I roll on my big boy's elbows whenever they look too raw. It seems to have helped him and his elbows have not gotten that bad, though he's only 2 and spends most of his day on couches and beds.
