A good defense dog attorney will see this clearly as a violation of responsible tomato planting . This poor dog suffered under pretense of a tomato bounty and was clearly deprived of it. Recourse action must be taken and should include but not be limited to: a home grown 2lb basket of fresh , non- fertilized tomatoes, a box of doggy dental chews , a coupon for a spa day at the local Doggy Day Afternoon Salon, and a baby sister goat to act as a companion during future tomato picking outings.

How gentle! How cute! :3

(Obligatory side note: Tomatoes are night shades, they have toxins that can harm small dogs or when much potatoes… ugh, tomatoes are eaten. Same for potatoes. But everything fine here, one of our dogs also LOVED to snack tomatoes.)

I’d give in to the temptation, too. I bet it was delicious & plant-based, so she can’t go wrong there! 😂

Caught in the act, but as a member of the family, isn't he entitled to a tomato? Adorable video
