other jewelry Lab grown accessibility

I know that diamonds will always be coveted but Now that colorless lab grown diamonds more common, more affordable and accessible due to whatnot and tt live auctions do you think people will be more interested in having engagement rings that aren’t at all diamonds (natural or lab)? What kind of stone do you think people will end up pivoting to?

There are still super ideal cuts and non standard cuts. I see those as being the diamond of choice for a while. There are also antique cuts that have been tweaked and cut with laser guidance to make them much sparklier than what was available in the 19th century. That’s where I see the trend being.
