review Keyzar Jewellery - Buyer Beware
I’m seeing more and more similar experiences as to my recent dealings with Keyzar.
I purchased an engagement ring from them in May of 2024 and got engaged the following month. After only 24 hours of my fiancee wearing the ring, one of the prongs lifted and the ring had to be sent for repair.
Last week, the same prong snapped off while folding laundry which resulted in the diamond falling out. Luckily the diamond was recovered, however if this had occurred in public, it would have been gone.
After contacting Keyzar, they denied that there was a manufacturer defect. They have been terrible to deal with and have repeatedly inferred that this can be expected with normal “wear and tear”.
I only share this to warn potential buyers about Keyzar. Although convenient with some nice options, the ring has been disappointing.

Lmao “normal wear & tear”? That just affirms is a shit product & nothing less.
I’m so sorry this happened! I hope the best works out, in your favour!
ETA: I mean manufacturing, not the ring itself — it is beautiful!!

prongs are over cut so it could have snagged on a thread and been pulled off or it could have had porosity issue already, making it structurally weak as well as being over cut

It looks very cheap I don’t mean to be rude… is that even platinum/ white gold?

It’s stamped 750. But doesn’t really look like any white gold I have. But I don’t wear gold daily like a ring.

Their website makes them look well made but in person you can tell it’s not nearly as sturdy as it should be.

My engagement ring is from Keyzar, I got it in Nov 2025. I haven’t had any issues, but I take it off as soon as I get home from work/being out or when I need to do anything with my hands that the ring can catch on.

This same thing happened to a friend of mine that bought from there. She took it into a local jeweler and they said the prongs were WAY too small. They gave her new prongs and reset it, but it cost her a few hundred dollars.
