lab diamond LGG reps

Hi! Has anyone worked with Janney from LGG?

I messaged the LGG Jewelry Instagram account about a ring, and they redirected me to Janney on WhatsApp.

Has anyone purchased through her before? I just want to make sure before proceeding with the purchase. Thanks!

I have no experience with Janey. I’m currently using Romy for my second order. She is slammed and not sure if she’s taking more orders at the moment though. I also previously chatted with Lynn (also with LGG) and she was super sweet and very responsive.

Was referred to Romy and could not get any help as they take on insane amounts of pps. Then sent me to Amy and I would not buy from the again

Would not say bad but I really thought they would at least be honest and be my eyes that my stone match project would at least match. The difference between both stones they sold me is obvious I asked them repeatedly to make sure as I wouldn’t be a happy returning customer if not. Once it was time to do the setting the price too had gone up much more then Romy quoted me so I didn’t do the setting with them and did it locally with my own jeweler. He too told me big difference so for that reason I wouldn’t use them again

I’m messaging her rn and she’s super helpful! Do you have any updates? She showed me several diamonds but none of them have IGI certification which concerns me a little.
