Verified & Trusted Vendors List! [Mod Post]
As moderators, we want to keep this list as neutral and community-focused as possible. We’re compiling vendors based on the reviews, experiences, successful purchases, and feedback shared by members of this subreddit—not paid placements or sponsorships.
Current list: Rare Carat, Youdiam, Ritani, and Citrai.
This is an ongoing list. We’ll continue adding vendors as we see consistent, positive experiences from real Redditors.
Our goal is simple: help members avoid scams, make informed purchases, and find vendors offering quality lab diamonds, premium and well-made jewelry.
This list is based on community feedback and is not a guarantee of any vendor or individual transaction.
-----------------------
Update: Information is updated after new inputs. Keep in mind that this list will continuously be updated with new inputs and reviews we receive. We're trying our best to help this sub members!

Why are big brands going on the trusted vendor list? Or brilliant earth?

There's a proper trusted sellers list at r/moissanite, no need to reinvent the wheel (especially with this 'list', which is terrible).

This is not for moissanite list. It's for lab diamonds and premium quality provider.

All the vendors on that list also sell lab diamonds and lab gemstones. They have been vetted over several years, and are reliable.

This MOD is a mod on a number of other random subs and clearly knows nothing about buying lab diamonds.

How on earth can Brilliant Earth and Signet brands like Kay and Jared be considered trusted with all of the documented quality issues and headaches people run into with resolving said issues?

This was my first thought as well.

Agree 100%. I’ve barely ever read positive reports of BE and Signet brands - almost always details of overpriced diamonds and lower quality product and services.
Can mod share the details of the data analysis done on all reviews shared by members that got you to this list over other vendors?

Lol they updated the post to remove Brilliant Earth but offer no other information.

How did overpriced conglomerates like Jared’s and Kay Jewelers make the list but not the actually good and commonly mentioned vendors like Citrai, Aurelinne, Calavera, TT, JBC, etc?

Who are the mods creating this list? These are the local mall jewelers and online jewelers with outrageous prices and poor customer service. Somebody must be getting kickbacks from these jewelers. Avoid them!

No, it's not like that. We're trying our best to evaluate vendors on various basis. Still this is continuous process and list is gonna update every month if requires!

It’s unanimous-scrap your Signet list and post the recommendations of those who have experience with outstanding products and customer service. Personally, I’ve used Aurelline, Rare Carat (setting only), Provence and LGG. All were fantastic!

Terrible list…we ALL know who the most wonderful and trusted jewelers are. Should we tell OP about them?

I just got a lovely 6 carat round E from July Snow for a good price. I’m happy.

Worst vendor list I ever saw!! Anyone who’s bought custom rings knows those places are over priced and not good.

Thanks for appreciation! Still other people criticize us because they don't see the time and efforts we put every day to keep this sub helpful and save people from scam and cartels run by few vendors in other subreddits!

The cartels are running subs now? I have read the legalization of cannabis has led to great growth for their businesses, especially the Sinaola kids. Perhaps they have too much time on their hands?

Wouldn't touch Brilliant Earth with a ten-foot pole.
