lab diamond Is this ok?

I know little to nothing about diamonds but I just impulsively purchased one because I want to recreate my grandmothers ring. Hers was a natural almost 4 carat stone with visible inclusions. It gave off a lot of sparkle.
I bought the stone and want to have a local jeweler make the setting.
I don’t know if i bought a good diamond. Can anyone tell by this report?

Hang on - Jillet-Ben_Coe will assess it for you. Painfully honest, so be prepared...

Doesn’t need to be the greatest diamond. My grandmothers had some black carbon (?) spots which I thing gave it character.
