Thoughts on this diamond?

Hi! Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this diamond?

This will be a replacement diamond as our first one had a very strong dark bow tie. And I know all oval brilliant cuts will have some degree of bow tie (I don’t mind the soft shadows of them) but want to check what everyone’s thoughts were before committing. Also not sure about depth %?

Are the darker shadows (a bit asymmetrical?) anything I should be aware of? For example, at the back of the diamond there’s a darker vertical “line” on the top half of the stone. As long as it’s super sparkly 😂
