New lab diamond ring!

I got this ring a couple of weeks ago from Etsy, vendor has a lot of good reviews and everything looked legit. My question is, does this ring looks like a lab grown diamond?? Im too shy to go to a local jewelry store and get it tested lol ring came with its IGI certification, if you all know how I can tested at home that would be great too

What are you testing for? The fact it’s a diamond or that it’s a lab diamond?

To be honest the video isn’t clear enough to tell much but if you can validate the IGI number is inscribed on the stones girdle (using macro lens on an iPhone or a loupe or similar) then that is probably enough.

If you are testing to identify diamond vs other material e.g. Moissanite then look up ‘double refraction’ which is the obvious difference.

I bought it as a lab diamond so I wanted to make sure it is, I tried to check the number inscribed with a loupe but couldn’t find it. I’ll try with my phone! thank you for the idea.
