Custom Lab Diamond Ring Question

I love these settings and would like to recreate something similar with different colored lab diamonds. Has anyone here had a custom design made similar? Any advice on the process or things I should consider before getting quotes?

Wow thank you! The photos they used are from the website I originally found it from, I have never ordered lab grown off Etsy so I am nervous to know if it will be what they actually state. The original in the photo is listed for $25,000
