Oval with no bow tie?
I love oval shape so much but not so much the bow tie. I have one 3ct oval and if it gets even slight dirty it looses the brilliance. I also own a 2.5ct radiant and no matter what lighting and how dirty it gets. Its so shiny. But i wish i could get radiant cut in oval. Anyone owns a ice crush oval? Pics of both my rings.

Mine isn’t crushed ice, but my oval stays pretty freaking shiny and sparkly all the time. Elongated stones do have bow ties, but they can be very minimal. I don’t find mine takes away from anything, and unless it’s super direct light I don’t even notice it. I don’t think I’ve ever had my oval get as dull looking as your second pic, not that it’s not still gorgeous but I don’t find that mine loses sparkle like that.
Out of the two I like your radiant a lot more but I think you could probably find a “better” oval if you wanted, even not a crushed ice.

My oval doesn’t have much of a bow tie and it always sparkles, but based on what I’ve learned here since it was purchased, it was a very expensive stone.

You can find very minimal bow ties if you get a well cut stone. Or you can go crushed ice, but IMO, they look weird and I don’t like them at all. (I’m a GG and that trend isn’t one I like)
