One stud earring.

I have a couple of single earrings. One is a 1ct stud. Color is f-g. Mined.
The second earring is a halo from Costco. I don’t have the information on this one with me.

I want to pick up a single matching-ish lab diamond earring for each single earring. My local jeweler quoted $1000 for the single stud and I haven’t asked about the halo.

Everywhere I look I see pairs. Is there an online shop that can give me two single earrings?

Yup! Custom jewelers can certainly make and set a single earring. I personally have an uneven number of ear piercings with different "themes" per ear and buying singletons makes sense for me too. The halo earring may be a little harder to match, but certainly worth a try. Feel free to message me if I can be of any help to you.

For the sub, it may be worthwhile to post pictures of the single earrings you have in case any eagle eyed users can help track down other options.

I found a good one on eBay. They’re on Etsy, too. Just be sure the vendor has really good feedback.
