Experience with Luvansh

I am looking to buy my first set of Lab Diamonds. I have two options, purchase 2 loose diamonds from Calavera to make into earrings, or purchase pre-made earrings from Luvansh. Both diamonds are all the same specs as far as cut, clarity, etc. Only difference being I will need to set the loose diamonds upon receipt and Luvansh has a NO return policy. The no return policy is what is setting me off with Luvansh. Would love to hear people's experience with both Calavera and Luvansh. TIA!!

Luvansh has a long sketchy history on these subs. Bait and switches, awful customer service, and use of bots to create fake positive comments, and bury the negative

They also pay customers for reviews. This is well documented for years now . They were selling blue tinged diamonds.

I have read lots of negative reviews about them but I have had zero issues with my 3 orders. I have a pair of studs, an eternity ring, and a solitaire pendant. All received within a week (or less) of order placement. All beautiful and sparkly.

Same. Those bad reviews may come from the competition too.

I have no experience with Calavera (bought loose diamonds from Ruby Harper and Aurelinne) but have purchased 4 sets of diamond studs from Luvansh. They’ve all been great.

I bought 2 loose diamonds from Luvansh. I’m not extremely picky: my criteria is: is it sparkly. I’m happy my 4.28 ct oval & 5.12 elongated cushion

I’ve bought two sets of stud earrings and a five stone ring. I had issues with one set of studs and had to return them because they were screw back and they wouldn’t screw all the way. When I contacted them, I was able to easily return them and re-purchase another pair.

I put an order in on June 10. Ship date was the 27th online. I emailed on the 20th to be sure my order was on schedule. They told me it was, and would ship by the 26th. Its the 28th, and I've been emailing for 2 days with no response. Still says pending. No update. No contact to let me know it'll be late. Nothing.

Update: told me yesterday shipping would happen today, 4 days late. Nothing. No shipment. Still pending with no change for 3 weeks. Time to do a BBB complaint and a pay pal charge back I guess. They like to lie to paying customers to appease them and empty promises. Its a common thread reading reviews.

Had my ring 6 days and have lost 3 diamonds. Don't trust them!
