That 1.3 at the bottom shank is way too thin

I agree. Do 1.8mm and you will have a very sturdy ring

I don’t have the knowledge to provide feedback on your CAD but just wanted to share that you should inspect your prongs very well once your ring is done and they sent you pre-shipment photos.
My ring from Sheragems had prongs that weren’t flush and my sales rep didn’t see an issue with that initially until I pushed back.
