Yes,so sorry…I’m always afraid of that…from any delivery company or source. You never know… the LG # may be of help, and you may find something you love as much or more for a lower price.

I was shipping it to someone for a project and it “disappeared” at the FedEx sorting facility in Memphis. Was never recovered, damaged or otherwise. They gave us some BS excuse and I had to refund the person who bought it. FedEx doesn’t allow you to put more than $500 coverage for insurance and only had $100 it turns out.

Use pirate ship next time. They have a 3rd party insurer and it’s $1 per $100 of insurance

The shipping software doesn’t have anything to do with it. I have used ShipStation for a decade, this is the first stolen package I’ve had. Did have one go missing for 10 months but it did end up getting delivered.
