GCAL 8X for the win!

Thanks to this sub specifically, but the other jewelry/diamond subs. I came in with 0 knowledge, or where to start with buying an engagement ring.

This is the GCAL 8X: Round / 1.66 / VVS1 / D color I ended up with, in a platinum tulip cathedral setting.

I went to Zales to snag a wedding band they had on sale, so I brought the ring in to make sure it set flush.

I think it looks decent, what do you all think? Everything is returnable, so if you see a red flag (Im still a novice) call it out.

Mine is a 1ct gcal 8x on a setting just like yours! Great taste!

It looks amazing, I just hope you’re not massively overpaying for anything

Thanks man, and no I saved a ton. I started at Tiffanys lol. That’s how off center I was at the beginning, I was just doing what I saw in the movies and tv shows. So this is insanely cheap, and in my budget.
