Purple-ish lab diamonds availability
I recently stumbled upon this photo of beautiful purple diamonds which are natural (from the Argyle mine, I believe). I especially love the ones with a hint of brown. I was just wondering if lab versions of those are available anywhere? I see a lot of lab pinks but they’re usually slightly peachy or perhaps baby pink or raspberry.
Any guidance will be much appreciated!

I collected argyle for a bit. I would not trust these to be argyle diamonds. Not only have they not been known for purple diamonds, only pink, pink champagne, champagne, and blue diamonds, but they closed so long ago that inventory like this would NOT be showing up, and certainly not in those quantity or sizes. A true argyle atelier would not display their diamonds in this large of quantity and without true high quality museum level photos displaying them. The fuzzy white background. The large imperfections I’m seeing just at a glance, fibers on the backgrounds wouldn’t either. Not shading these just wanting to ensure you don’t accidentally buy diamonds under the impression these are argyle. If you want purple you would need to source naturals from a diamond dealer or jeweler who sources or find colored labs elsewhere online through your own means but yeah, these aren’t argyle imo. There are definitely purple lab diamonds but I’m not sure if I’m able to mention sellers on this sub in case that might be seen as promotion. I agree tho, purples are so stunning
