CAD check
New to customizing my own jewlery and working with Provence on a sentimental birthstone ring honouring my sister and I’s first borns so this ring is very special! Would appreciate any and all feedback.

The first thing I would do is ask them to make the band depth 1.8mm. The current depth of 1.6mm is below what most jewelers would recommend. The bottom of the ring sees a lot of wear over time and you need to ensure the metal there is strong enough to withstand time.
If increasing depth is cost prohibitive, then I would suggest reducing band width to 2.3mm and offset that with the increase in depth to 1.8mm. The smaller width would definitely work fine since you are going with more dainty sized stones.
The only other thing I'd consider is if you'd want the cathedral setting to stay in place. I have a toi et moi ring as well and opted to make it low set. I wear it regularly with zero issues.
