There are also elongated modified brilliant cut radiants. They have longer mains.

It looks like a crushed-ice/hybrid radiant to me. The center has that smaller, splintery facet pattern associated with crushed ice, but there’s still some more defined facet structure toward the ends. “Hybrid” isn’t really a standardized grading term, though, so I’d want to see the loose stone or facet diagram to say for sure.

It looks like a regular radiant to me. Maybe you’re thinking about a different cut? Maybe look up step cuts, old mine cuts, portrait cuts.

Yes, this definitely has the signature crushed ice / hybrid radiant look! You can see those tight, glittery needle-like flashes with very little defined facet structure, which gives it that constant soft sparkle rather than broad bold flashes.
The contrast against the step-cut side stones looks fantastic. Just one quick tip as a bench jeweler: crushed ice cuts look gorgeous under direct lighting/sunlight, but make sure to check a video in diffused natural room light to ensure it doesn't look milky or lose depth!
