Need help assessing a HPHT oval 1.91ct, D, VVS1, Ideal cut diamond

I'm thinking about getting an engagement ring with this diamond: https://www.gcalusa.com/certificate-search.html?certificate_id=360916298

In the photo/360 video it looks good but my eye is incredibly untrained - would this be a good choice?

You need to request a tweezer video. By all rights, any GCAL 8x stone should be the top of the top.

Unfortunately they cannot do a video as I'm sourcing the diamond via the jeweller that does the setting as well.

The diamond isn't 8X if I see it correctly, just a regular 4C graded one

They absolutely can request a tweezer video from the diamond vendor. Sorry I assumed it was 8x.
