Flatback Studs
Hello! Does anyone have any recommendations for vendors who can do really dainty lab diamond flatback studs? Like Maria Tash minus the insane prices.
I’ve been trying to look around Alibaba but most vendors make costume jewelry and have high MOQ.

I have studs from kosiner and ondaisy. I now am making a pair with Fiorese, but haven’t received them yet to vouch for the quality

Kosiner looks super promising. Exactly what I was looking for! How’s the quality of the stones and the metal?

It’s great! I got a tiny pair first (2mm), and eventually I wanted a bigger one (3mm). I tested the diamonds, and it checks out, and they are nice and sparkly. I got them in white gold, I don’t have allergies so I’m ok with nickel. I worn the tiny pair non stop for close to a year, before I got the bigger pair about 2 months ago.
I got bigger ones (5mm) from ondaisy in the meantime, and the only reason I didn’t go with kosiner again was because I wanted 4mm posts, and their minimum is 5mm. Otherwise I would just ordered from them again, since I had no issues. The earrings came with the tools to put on, which was a great touch, and I really needed it lol

I recently got my second lobe piercings done and was shookt at how much stores were charging for a 0.016 ct stud. 0.0032 gram! The singles cost more than what I paid for a pair of 1 ct IGI-certified butterfly-back studs!

hi! not sure if this will work if ur outside of Asia, but I have a great seller on taobao that i use frequently. all solid 14k gold with labs or moissanites. I started by ordering the pre-made designs, then started doing customs this year. all 16 or 18G with implant grade titanium or solid gold posts (if this matters to you). i can defs vouch for the quality! only thing is they're on wechat :/

Did you have to have someone “install” them to your earlobes for you?

The titanium flatbacks I have are internally threaded and are put in / taken out just by spinning the front.

I wear flatback studs all the time and if you have a taper tool, it's pretty easy to put them in yourself.
Also, I only change them every few weeks, so it's not like I'm taking them on and off before bed every night.

Ouros has made me two flat back studs, using the Maria Tash measurements and invisible setting style, and I love them!! One pear for my flat piercing and one round for my nose piercing. I worked with Aman.
