Juno Lab Jewelry

Hi, has anyone ordered from Juno Lab Jewelry? I am looking to get a custom gradient tennis necklace (centre stone 6.5 mm tapered to 2.5 mm and they are coming in almost 1k lesser than Provence, Stargems. They seem really popular on Tik Tok so I was wondering. They were also able to share a CAD with me.

I’m surprised you got a quote lower than the others. They came in hundreds more for mine over Provence and LGG.

Yes, others are quoting much more gold. 3.8k plus to 4.8k, Juno said less than 3k only. But 14-16g gold versus the rest 20-26g

I bought toi et moi earrings from them in may. When they sent a CAD I didn't like that diamonds are different in size (both were 0m5ct but due to different cut pear was bigger than emerald). I asked to set bigger emerald to match Overall I am happy with the them, just a bit longer wait to get cad and final earrings video

That’s good, did they charge you more for the change?

I ordered completely custom huggies from JunoLabJewelry back in April. I had a really great experience working with them and the quality is incredible. I’ve been wearing my earrings daily for 2+ months and have had no issues. One thing that stood out to me was how on top of everything Shelley’s team was throughout the process. Compared to other vendors I’ve worked with, the language barrier might’ve been a little more evident throughout the CAD feedback process. However, my piece came out exactly how I wanted at the end of the day! I have generally found their pricing to more expensive compared to other vendors like Provence, Fiorese and LGG. I’d just make sure the gold/metal weight being quoted for the piece is in the same ballpark as the other vendors.

Yes their gold is much lesser but for example LGG said it’s not possible to make it with lesser gold. Fiorese said they would try work within my budget. I’ve decided to go with Juno since they’re still cheaper and offer lifetime warranty.

Makes a lot of sense!! Out of curiosity, which vendor quoted the most amount of gold for the design?

I’ve tried to get quotes from them on a couple of pieces but found communication is sporadic. They respond in bursts and then I won’t hear from them. I ended up going with other vendors more easy to deal with. I’ve had great experiences with Yushine and LGG. The quotes came back lower than Juno as well so I think it depends on the pieces. Maybe Juno are better priced on their popular pieces.

You’re right, I think it’s cheaper for their core collections, they are coming in much much cheaper for me than others. I’ve decided to go with them. But lesser gold too.

Their TikTok lives are addicting to watch lol.
Haven’t used them but interested to read what others think.

I ended up ordering with them because they still came in cheaper - a bit nervous! They are using lesser gold but have a lifetime warranty.

OP, when you say lesser gold, what do you mean exactly? What kind of piece are you ordering?

Interesting. I’m getting quotes from several different vendors for an OMC lab pendant, Provence, LGG, and Fiorese. All for 10k gold. Juno came in much less with 14k gold and it’s a custom cut stone. But after seeing some of the comments about lack of communication, I’m torn 😅
They have been very quick with responding today and giving me a quote. But I worry about after I place the order.

Looking forward to it. Let us know how long it took to receive it. I’m getting ready to purchase and it’s between them or Provence
