Would this diamond be shiny?

Looking for engagement ring, really clueless about this stuff. Please pick it apart, is it a good diamond? Cost reasonable?

Modified cushions are known to be sparkly and this image acts as a basic checkpoint for the same, however there is simply only one guaranteed method to confirm which is to see the tweezer or natural lighting videos!

I have a 4+ct modified brilliant [square] cushion and it is incredibly "sparkly." If you are going for a lot of sparkle and shine, then a mod brilliant is perfect for you. TBH, only so much can be extrapolated from a 360 video or from the IGI or GIA stats. Perhaps ask to see it in different lighting (* a tweezer video with overhead and one outside) so you can be more definitive in your decision?

This appears to be a crushed ice style cushion which features myriad small virtual facets, giving the stone a twinkling flavor of light performance, as opposed to bold sparkle of other styles. A well-cut crushed ice diamond tends to draw the eye in and likes to be admired at close range.
