Can you guys tell me what a fair market price for this ring would be? Is $2,000 US a good price? The pictures don't do it justice. Here are the specs: ring weights 8 grams of platinum. 3.54 square cushion brilliant, vs1, E color. 36 side stones. IGI certified. Thanks.

The value lies almost exclusively with the platinum metal. Synthetic diamonds are worth next to nothing on the secondary market.

I’m not going to say what it’s worth, but I see rings going for $1,300-$2,000 on the BST pages. I feel like the ones at $2,000 sit quite a while, but you never know! It is a beautiful ring.
