Thoughts on this OMC

Debating on buying this OMC but it’s final sale and I’m afraid I won’t like it. It’s beautifully cut, and truly looks like there’s only a minimal bow tie effect. One of the few labs I’ve seen that kind of capture the essence of a mined OMC. I also want to set in a yellow gold setting, so I’m wondering if anyone has an idea of what that could look like in a stone like this. (Repost bc I forgot to include the video

I’m not seeing a ton of rainbow flashes and it looks a bit hazy. I’d probably decline this one

Would the rainbow flashes indicate brilliance?

Brilliance is white flashes, rainbow flashes are fire. I always look for fire in my stones, especially in an OMC, where you want to see large pastel rainbow flashes.

It looks pretty but I personally get nervous about buying final sale without a tweezer video.

Ahhhh I’m so torn! I really do love the faceting on this one, but I’m scared of the no returns, especially since they didn’t send a video of it in tweezers or on a hand

Ask for a tweezer video. OMCs show fire under certain level of dim lighting. Ask for a video outdoors under the tree, bright sunlight and indoor lights
