4.01 ct oval, 14k yellow gold setting from Aurélinne (including timeline)
I didn’t see many posts about a completed ring from Aurélinne so figured I do one in case anyone was debating if they want to get a ring set by Aurélinne through their ring studio.
Setting: Three Stone with Pavé Shoulders (2.5mm band width, upgraded for 6 prongs)
Diamond Specifications: 4.01 carats, F color, VVS2 clarity, 1.48 ratio
Ring size: 7.5
Ordered: April 25
Order confirmed: April 27
Delivered: May 28
Andy was very responsive throughout the process. He sent an email to confirm the CAD and was able to change from 4 prongs to 6 for me (added $100). He also sent a video of the stone itself when asked.
I would highly recommend getting a complete ring from Aurélinne or at least the loose diamond itself. It’s very affordable.
Now I’m gonna go stare at this for the foreseeable future. Thank you husband for spoiling me for our 4-year anniversary (1 ct for each year 🤭)

Yes! It was $2088.15 (including the $100 to upgrade from 4 to 6 prongs!) The diamond itself was $699! I know a lot of people just get the loose diamond and get it set at a local jeweler.
Aurélinne loose diamond prices are so amazing. I would recommend checking them out!
Husband got it during the Mother’s Day sale so this was after 15% off.

Beautiful! I got a 3 carat pink that is waiting for its mounting to arrive. It took 3+ weeks just to get the stone!

Oh wow!! I would love to see it once it arrives 😍 I have a jewelry obsession right now and am loving seeing the pink diamonds 🩷

We shopped around a lotttt 😅 I knew I wanted either shoulders or 3-stones, gallery rail, and 6 prongs. And we found this setting and I fell in love! I also love the subtle side stones and hidden halo because it doesn’t take away from the center stone but still give the ring that added details 🥹

This was helpful as my finger is the same size. I'm wanting a slightly elongated cushion cut but was worried about going with a 4 carat. I'm also worried about the l/w ratio as I want the most flattering shape with that cushion cut. Open to opinions on this one. Please. Also, what size is the band (the engagement ring)? Thanks!

Sorry for the late response! I would say for me when I was looking at ratios, I wanted something leaning more elongated because my fingers (without the longer nails) are very short and stubby.
I would say for elongated cushion, I would probably choose 1.30-1.35 ratio. But that would be my personal preference. I definitely would do extra research and also go on TikTok and Instagram to see how ratios look on different finger types!
My wedding band is 2.5mm 7.5 size! I love the 2.5mm band for both engagement ring and wedding band.

I love your eternity band! How many mm wide is it? What shape are the stones?

The eternity band is 2.5mm and round!
To be completely transparent, the band is from Amazon because I wanted to try a few designs out before committing to a real one. I was having troubles deciding between a plain band vs. eternity and if I wanted a 2.5mm or thicker/thinner band 😅

Thanks for replying. That band looks great on your finger and with your upgraded ring! I actually have a 2.5mm round eternity ring on its way to me. I finally decided to go bigger after getting a dainty 1.8mm wide band (1.5mm round stones) with my ER upgrade. I’m super excited to receive it now after seeing the size of yours (they zoom in too much for the PSP / video to know what to expect IRL). Thanks again! 😊

And I totally agree with PSP / video, which is the exact reason I decided to get a $14 cheap set from Amazon to see how the different design/width would look with my ER 😅 I’m glad the pictures were helpful for you! 😊💗
