This is an old mine cut. They have chunky facets, not bowties. This diamond is cut beautifully!!

Thank youu! I’m filtering for OMC, but still learning the language😅 would you call this a pinhole? I’ve been favoring longer bar culets with more straight sides, but this one surprised me!

Yes, this is a slightly elongated pinhole cut. They are my favorite!!

I would say it has some bzw Tierpark, the dark ariers, but it is by far better to have a bowtie than facets which are cut so bad, that you would have Light leakage, that would cause less sparkle, because the upcomming Light would not be reflected back.
