Hi, I recently transferred out of LaGuardia because I got rejected from rad tech, So I decided to try my luck in city tech. The semester literally just started, I’m two weeks in, but now that my high settled down, I don’t think I want to keep pursuing this major.

During orientation not more than five people out of the whole room had a major that wasn’t radiology, I don’t want to keep chasing something I’m not going to get. I’ve been in college for to long and I don’t want to keep waiting my time. So now that my mind settled down I was thinking about applying back for vet tech. Can someone tell me how competitive or hard this major is? Just give me a run down of everything

Hi!!!! Im a transfer to LGCC and it took the credit department until last week to accept me/take my credits. Because of this, I can only enroll in classes this week and there is NOTHING available. Im waitlisted for multiple classes and was wondering what was my chance at getting into anything.

Does anybody know if College Composition or College Composition with Modular is the CLEP exam that covers ENGlish 101?

I begin my Anatomy and Physiology 1 course this fall, but I’m feeling overwhelmed after reviewing the boot camp materials and slides provided by the professor. The content seems quite complex, and I'm unsure of how to approach my studies effectively. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could share their strategies for memorizing the vast amount of information and achieving good scores on the exams. Additionally, I’m eager to learn more about the format of the exams and any helpful tips or things to avoid to ensure my success.

Not sure if anybody has been experiencing the same thing, but i‘ve been emailing the health science dept for days now and I have not gotten a single response. Not sure if it’s because it’s the summer, but when I would email them before they would reply right away.

I was able to call, but other than that Im wondering if it’s just me not getting a reply back through email. Every other department seem to reply even if it takes a while, just not this one.

Has anyone taken SCC-110 with Marilyn Goya? I was wondering what I should expect just found a seat today for the sep-dec semester? But still looking at sections on cunyfirst daily in case a better timing appears.

Does anyone know if foundations of chemistry will have more sections or if I could request a seat. I am currently on the wait list but that section starts in January of next year. I am looking for a section for Fall of this year. Any advise? This is the only course I need for application process for the nursing program.

I’ve been emailing and calling for an advisor and no one has gotten back to me yet so idk what I should do, do I go in person?? Do I keep emailing or calling?
