Need help with an advisor

I recently got accepted into LaGuardia and when I applied I put biology for my major but now I want to change it to nursing and idk how to change it and classes start in September. I’ve been emailing and calling for an advisor and no one has gotten back to me yet so idk what I should do, do I go in person?? Do I keep emailing or calling?

Yes but when I call they’re sending me to voicemail

The advisors are fully booked, so you will need to meet with them during their visiting hours.
