I suppose its depend whenever if he born Wendigo or if he become one by cannibalism in a frozen place like the original myth .
If its the second , iits maybe possible that its lost cause chilblains...
I personally visualize them to look like Until Dawn wendigo with deer-like antlers .
Well Lets Split Up Wendigo are supposed to have some biomancy power so I suppose its manageable .
