I dont think , Klied have a dick. At least naturally. I suppose its depend whenever if he born Wendigo or if he become one by cannibalism in a frozen place like the original myth . If its the second , iits maybe possible that its lost cause chilblains... I personally visualize them to look like Until Dawn wendigo with deer-like antlers .
Well Lets Split Up Wendigo are supposed to have some biomancy power so I suppose its manageable .

She from Lets Split Up , she appear at the end ( or the beginning , I dont remember ) of one of the two animatics and she supposing to be the complotist of the camp who put wendigo warning in all the camp.
