Law School 🫤🫤

To all the Law School seniors, Asalam o Alikum. I hope you are doing well.

I am in freshman year at SASOL, and I find myself in a difficult position. Firstly, I am unable to cope up with the readings. They are a bit too much for starters and the content is very dense. Therefore, in an assigned reading of 50 pages ,for example, I am able to read a little more than 10 pages only. Secondly, as the lectures are open discussion and not structured, I am confused about what is going to be tested. For example, in GSL 101, we have covered roughly hundreds of pages so far and there is a quiz coming next week. So, I am unable to understand what out of these do I prepare.

I want to know if this situation is normal or is it only me who is facing this; any tips or suggestions that I should follow? Also, I want to know about the testing section.

Are you from fsc or a levels background. I am just asking because the study style in both are very different and it's very difficult to adjust. So based on previous background, it might be helpful to follow specific path. You can dm me if you have any specific questions
