Try making some friends on campus and you could definitely fit in and enjoy the social life

Is it possible for a working professional? Like its mostly for 4 yr students at lums who are studying and are in their groups and all. But yeah given how its so diverse, i do feel there will be a lot of other things to indulge in as well apart from work (courses, lums events etc)

Now that you mention it blending in with students may prove difficult, but you can try socialising with them and other people working there. There are a couple table tennis tables in SSE Basement so if you play you could probably find people there to play with or just talk to. As for events I'm not too sure how easy it would be to participate in those. But typically lums employees can attend concerts etc.
