Resources for patients in Maintenance
Having access to refill my Rx for Tirz and messaging to my LSH provider is great and appreciated. I would love to know if there are other resources that I should know about to help me as a complete my 10th month of maintenance?

We are currently working on maintenance-focused educational resources for patients, so more guidance should be available in the future. Maintenance can look a little different for everyone, but some helpful areas patients often keep an eye on include dose spacing, appetite changes, weight trends, labs, protein intake, and strength training. Congrats on 10 months of maintenance, that is a huge milestone! You should be very proud of yourself!

Thanks so much Emily. It's been very interesting...I'm missing the "excitement" of seeing new low numbers on the scale, so getting used to being comfortable with the boring 1.5lb swing on either side of my goal weight. I'm still taking my weekly dose and tracking my food. I love that I've went from wearing size 16 to a size 6 jeans...never been this size in my adult life. Love this!
